Hot off the awards circuit after picking up ‘Best Food Experience’ at the Young British Foodies Award, Platterform have been keeping busy. Still working at their residency at London’s wonderful Skyroom, a space elevated to the skyline of London, Platterform revamp the ‘picnic’ experience with The London Picnic Club. With their new headchef Alejandro Bello (of Ceviche fame) , Platterform organise some outstanding hampers of tapas, breads, cheese whilst guests can partake in garden games and lounge on cushions in their rooftop green. You really can have a slice of pie in the sky.
