Mark Hix is a chef heavyweight. Having worked in the kitchens of London’s best, he opened his flagship restaurant Hix to international critical acclaim. His cuisine is distinctly British using only seasonal ingredients in a creative decor punctuated by a number of neons and mobiles from British artists of household name. Downstairs, the Hix apothecary bar features cocktails from another heavyweight, mixologist Nick Strangeway, and is subject to the same scrutiny in quality as the restaurant. With its eccentric cocktail list, dont let this one slip under the radar.
