It’s difficult to find much online about The Olsson Brothers, the name behind the concept eatery Garlic and Shots. What we can decipher is that the Swedish team specialise in authentic and eccentric Scandinavian cuisine (think Reindeer stew) with a plethora of vodka shots to accompany it with. The key ingredient in the food is garlic, and you can ask for more, but never less. Now running successfully in Stockholm and Paris, the London emporium is perhaps Soho’s best eating secret- but with a concept like this, it won’t be secret for long.
